One page, two parts of a complete towing setup for the GWM Cannon and KingKong. Buy the tow bar, the wiring kit, or both. TOW BAR — bolt-on, no drilling Engineered for the Cannon (2021-2026) and KingKong (2022-2026) chassis, the reinforced trailer bar mounts to factory-preset holes with no drilling or cutting. Anti-corrosion treated, with your choice of Tiger's Beak hook (classic, black or electroplated), towing arm, or a red recovery ring. WIRING KIT — powers your trailer lights The tow bar has no electrics. To run your trailer's brake lights, indicators and tail lights you need the wiring kit. Four parts work together: 1. Vehicle leads and connectors — connect into the Cannon's tail-light circuit to pick up brake, indicator and tail signals. A wiring diagram is included. This involves working with factory wiring, so we recommend an auto electrician or a confident DIYer. 2. Decoder module — the key safety part. It reads the light signals and creates a separate, isolated power feed for the trailer, so the trailer's load never touches your truck's body computer. No dashboard fault codes, no risk to the BCM. 3. Heavy-gauge battery lead (red) — runs to the battery positive terminal so the trailer draws power from the battery, not the thin tail-light wiring. This is what lets a 13-pin caravan run a fridge and charge its house battery. 4. Trailer socket — the round connector your trailer plugs into. 13-pin adds reverse-light and constant-power functions over 7-pin. Match it to your trailer's plug.
