Dispatch

Stocked items leave our facility within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom parts are confirmed with a lead time on your quotation, typically 15–30 business days.

Delivery

Quoted per order. Transit depends on the destination and the service you choose, so the estimate, the carrier and the tracking number are confirmed on your quotation rather than promised here as a fixed number of days.

Shipping cost

Quoted per order and confirmed on your invoice before you commit. Bulk, palletised and container freight is quoted separately.

Returns

30 days from delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is at your cost. Custom-manufactured items are excluded once production has started.

Warranty

12 months against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.
