— Material —
The roof rack is made of two roof longitudinal beams, six crossbars, four corners and six brackets, all of which are made of aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and high in strength. We customized the molds from scratch, especially the four corners and six brackets of the luggage rack, which are all processed by CNC technology.
The main part of the luggage rack is 4.5mm thick, which is much thicker than the 1.8mm or 1.5mm materials on the market. The thickness of the internal crossbar is also 2.0mm, which ensures that the luggage rack is sturdy and durable, capable of bearing greater weight and meeting your various outdoor needs.
— Stability —
Each bracket has a curved design and is equipped with a sponge gasket, which fits the roof perfectly and greatly reduces the wear and tear of the car body. The bracket is not only for load bearing, but also takes the overall structure of the roof into consideration. The stress point covers the entire beam of the roof to ensure that the force is evenly distributed in every place, reducing local pressure and ensuring that every load you carry on the road is not affected.
— Surface —
The surface of the roof rack is oxidized and then sprayed, which makes the coating more uniform, the color more consistent, and the visual effect more refined. Although the cost is higher, it can effectively protect the aluminum alloy material and extend its service life.
— Aerodynamic Design —
The luggage rack is also equipped with an air deflector, and the front crossbar has a rounded arc design, which can effectively reduce wind resistance and improve vehicle driving stability. Even at high speeds, the impact of wind noise is almost negligible.
— Multifunctional Expansion —
Each horizontal bar is equipped with an expansion slot to facilitate the later fixing of various equipment. Whether it is a side tent, a tent, or various tool boxes and water tanks, they can be easily installed, providing you with great convenience.
— Size —
The length is 160cm, the width is 134cm, and with the deflector it is 166.4cm. It is 28mm above the vehicle and 40mm in height. After installation, it is 68mm higher than the roof, which means the vehicle body is about 7cm higher, which will not have a significant impact on the overall appearance and trafficability of the vehicle.
The installation process is simple. The bracket has been assembled at the factory and is designed to avoid the installation positions of ladders and side windows. There is no need to drill holes, so lossless installation is achieved, saving installation costs and time for Jeep owners.
— Side Ladder —
In order to better match the luggage rack, we specially designed an aluminum alloy ladder. It not only helps car owners get on and off the roof more conveniently, but also perfectly matches the luggage rack, integrating appearance and structural design.
The surface of the ladder is also oxidized and then sprayed, which not only improves the appearance, but also enhances its corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. This process allows the ladder to remain as bright and clean as new during long-term use.
The patchwork appearance incorporates military style, the overall lines are smooth, and the titanium black tones and hollow design enhance its own recognition. It is simple yet highlights its unique personality.
