Product information and fitment<\/h2>\n<p>We describe parts as accurately as we can, including the vehicle models they fit. It remains your responsibility to confirm fitment against your exact vehicle \u2014 model year, trim, and any existing modifications \u2014 before ordering. Drawings, dimensions and photographs are indicative unless we state they are to tolerance.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Custom, OEM and ODM orders<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Custom tooling, private-label and made-to-order items are produced to the specification you approve. Once production starts they cannot be cancelled or returned except for defects.<\/li>\n<li>Tooling and development costs are quoted separately and, unless we agree otherwise, are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual property you supply remains yours; we use it only to fulfil your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Unless we agree credit terms in writing, payment is due before production or dispatch. We may require a deposit on custom and bulk orders. Late payment may suspend production or shipment.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Delivery, risk and title<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier under the agreed Incoterm; title passes when we have received payment in full.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Returns, refunds and warranty<\/h2>\n<p>Returns are governed by our <a href=\"\/refund-policy\/\">Refund &amp; Returns Policy<\/a>. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business, or the cost of substitute goods. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Product safety and installation<\/h2>\n<p>Off-road and vehicle parts must be fitted correctly. Improper installation, use outside the intended application, or use on public roads where a part is not road-legal, is your responsibility. Follow the supplied instructions and any stated torque and load limits.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>The content of this site \u2014 text, photographs, drawings and design \u2014 belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and model designations are used only to describe fitment; we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those manufacturers.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by the laws of <strong>[GOVERNING LAW \/ JURISDICTION]<\/strong>, and the courts of <strong>[CITY, COUNTRY]<\/strong> have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer or trade rule in your country says otherwise.<\/p>\n<h2>13.
