Made-to-order, custom and OEM\/ODM production ships from our manufacturing facility in China.<\/p>\n<h2>Processing time<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stocked items:<\/strong> dispatched within 1\u20133 business days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Made-to-order items:<\/strong> production lead time is confirmed in your quotation, typically 15\u201330 business days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom \/ OEM projects:<\/strong> lead time depends on tooling and is stated on the order confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Delivery estimates<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>United States:<\/strong> 2\u20135 business days after dispatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Canada &amp; Mexico:<\/strong> 4\u20138 business days after dispatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Europe, Middle East, Australia:<\/strong> 7\u201315 business days after dispatch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rest of world:<\/strong> 10\u201325 business days after dispatch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance can add time that is outside our control.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping cost<\/h2>\n<p>Shipping is free on stocked US warehouse orders. For bulk, palletised, or international freight we quote carriage separately and state it on your invoice before you commit.<\/p>\n<h2>Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>Every consignment is issued a valid tracking number, emailed to the address on the order as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase the carrier.<\/p>\n<h2>Customs, duties and taxes<\/h2>\n<p>International orders may attract import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These are the recipient\u2019s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. We declare accurate commercial values on all customs paperwork and cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare value.<\/p>\n<h2>Split shipments<\/h2>\n<p>If an order contains both stocked and made-to-order items, we may ship the available items first so you are not waiting on the whole order. You will not be charged extra carriage for a split shipment.<\/p>\n<h2>Lost or damaged parcels<\/h2>\n<p>Report transit damage within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the part, and keep the packaging until the claim is closed.
